Discover a new way of cooking

In the beautiful setting of the Château du Launay in Ploërdut, the nature cure specialist and cooking coordinator Carole de Thoury Bogrand offers 6 culinary courses in order to cook a simple and healthy every day.

The courses are organised around specific themes:
•    Eating green vegetables at every meal
•    “Healthy yet tasty” dressings
•    Starchy food and green vegetables, an essential mix
•    Varying protein sources
•    Light and low sugar desserts for all the family, gluttonous but balanced breakfasts
•    Getting organised: how to do well in a small amount of time

Beautiful, healthy and organic

Carole will explain the important healthy bases as well as the nutritional interests of foods and the various culinary techniques. Then the participants will be given the opportunity to cook recipes with organic vegetables. Each workshop ends with a convivial meal, and tasting the dishes cooked. It is a time to share opinions in an easy going atmosphere .
